If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you can return the product within 15 days from the date of purchase and get a full refund or exchange. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Special order items are not returnable.
Delmarva Repair will not be held responsible for loss or damage to equipment in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
Data Backup / Loss
DelmarvaRepair™ is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during this repair. The customer is responsible for backing up any data before having the device repaired.
The cost estimation tool is used to provide an estimated cost for repairing a device. Repair costs are subject to change. All devices checked in for service are subject to a nonrefundable $35.00 diagnostics fee. This fee is waived if the customer chooses to have the device repaired with DelmarvaRepair™.
While we strive to provide an hour turnaround time for devices with in-stock repairs—depending on the repair volume or on-order repair parts, turnaround time for device repair is typically 2-5 business days.
All iPhone, iPad, and Android glass repairs come with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This Lifetime Warranty covers 100% of any defect in the repair workmanship. The warranty does not cover physical damage, LCD breakage due to pressure, or any parts attached to the replacement glass such as home button, proximity sensor, camera, touch ID, or speaker.
All phones, tablets, computers, and devices checked in for service are carefully inspected and diagnosed. If a device is water damaged or the water sensors are tripped, all lifetime/normal warranties are voided and a 14 day warranty is given.
Repair Hardware used to fix a device such as batteries, keyboards, LCD screens, Hard Drives, Memory, Logic Boards, Display Assemblies, CPU’s, CPU Fans, and all other hardware sold as a repair item are subject to a 6 month warranty. This warranty is separate from our Lifetime Warranty on iPhone, iPad, and Android glass repair.
All Services come with a 30 day warranty, with the exclusion of hardware.
Devices that are infected with malware, spyware, viruses, or malicious software are subject to a 7 day warranty. Devices that are wiped completely and reloaded are not subject to a virus/spyware warranty.
Upon repair or service completion, DelmarvaRepair™ will provide three (3) phone attempts to notify the customer that their device is ready for pickup. All phone logs are recorded. All devices left more than 30 days, after the completion of the repair, becomes property of DelmarvaRepair™.
